Actual load is significantly higher than Pressure/load set point

Hello, I am having an issue with my Pronto Press 20 Dual Hot Mounting press. Model/type 05076219 serial# 5071342. The issue is with pressure/load set point; the actual load is significantly higher than the setpoint. I have tried numerous times and no matter what the actual pressure is always much higher than the setpoint . Can you please contact me via email so I can send you pictures of the actual unit.
