AUX RAM Fail

While conducting the calibration test. We get an Aux Ram Fail. Unit works fine except for failing this test. I am looking for a service manual with the error codes in it. I have one that fails on (aux ram fail at 0000 HEX) I have units and two dont operate and two has this error message.
