Connection problem

Hi guys, My UV Vis instrument has some problem with the connection between the software and the instrument. Everytime i turn the software on, the "Start" button doesn't show up, replaced by a "Connect" button. When i press the "connect" it shows a noti "Application System Information busy" How can i fix this, please help me, i tried to turn off and restar several times, but it doesn't work. Thank for your help
