Is the shuttle is in the CFX96 Block?   Are there any parts that can be ordered?  Who is a good repair vendor, if I cannot get parts?

yes, the shuttle is the item that incidents light in each well of the pcr plate. It is in the block (the upper part of the machine). It can usually be bought,we buy it. I am not in the US, so that know any repair vendor. You should reach out to your supplier.
