Troubleshooting.

Kindly assist us find a solution to the following problem we have with our equipment (SolidSpec 3700 DUV spectrophotometer); during system initialization, all the steps pass except the second last step (wavelength origin search G3). What could be the cause of its failure and what can be done to have it pass? Regards
