Drain not connected

When the device is initialized, two messages appear: Drain not connected and Nebulizer is missing, for which there is no apparent reason. Everything is connected correctly and there are no indications that there is something problematic. What could be the problem?

Hello,

Could you please tell me the name of the equipment that is giving these error codes?

Thanks!

I have moved this discussion thread into the correct equipment category. Hopefully this will let you get more specific help with this issue. You can also check out this thread about the nebulizer missing error, and you might find a helpful post.

For the nebulizer message, try moving the magnet holder until the the sensor is satisfied. This will take a little trial and error. There can be no gap between the magnet holder and the part that contains the sensor.

For the drain not connected, try adding about 150 mL of water slowly down the drain tubing. If the drain bottle is moved, then water will no longer be in the drain trap.

If trying the above does not satisfy the interlock issue, then you will need a service call.
