FCN test result for Glucose --> 0.00g/L

I have a YSI 2900D in my lab that I work in and I am trying to get it up and running. I have gotten it to calibrate, but now it won't pass the enzyme integrity test. I put ~500 uL of FCN standard in a 96 well plate and it will not read the glucose concentration. What should I do?
