Convert data to .txt file

I collected fNIRS data using the Shimadzu LightNIRS machine. The person assisting with analysis requires the data to be transformed into a .txt file, My challenge not is that my supervisor is no longer in my school. Although the machine is in the lab, all settings have been deleted and I am not able to convert my data to .txt (voltage). Is there support or anyone that can assist
