Is this considered to be a class 2 BSC? Does this protect the user or the product at all?

Hi! It is not a class 2 BSC. It is a ductless fume hood that can be used to extract fumes and particulate created under the hood. It helps protect the user but not the product. For protecting the product, please see our portable clean rooms. These offer an ISO Class 5 cleanroom. I hope this helps.
