Troubleshooting of the centrifuge

When we use stainless steel centrifuges, we often have some small failures. I believe everyone has troubled them. We are the stainless steel centrifuges manufacturer . Here we will solve these problems for you. (1) The temperature of the wall plug and socket of the stainless steel centrifuge during acceleration or steady speed operation is high or the temperature of the knife switch is high. 1. Poor contact of plug and socket or too little capacity 2. The capacity of the knife switch is not enough, but a fuse that exceeds the capacity of the knife switch is installed 3. Ask an electrician to reconnect 4. Change the knife switch (2) Sudden power failure during acceleration of stainless steel centrifuge 1. The specifications of the wall air switch do not meet the power requirements of the host (the trip current is too low) 2. The capacity of the wall knife switch fuse does not meet the requirements 3. Insufficient power supply capacity causes too much voltage drop during acceleration, current increase or upper switch box tripping 4. Ask an electrician to reopen the air switch or knife switch 5. Replace a qualified fuse (3) A few seconds after the stainless steel centrifuge is turned on the main unit, the air switch on the wall is empty or the power fuse is broken. 1. The power supply of the host is short-circuited 2. The refrigeration system is short-circuited (such as compressor overload damage or other reasons) 3. The wall power supply voltage is too high or too low 4. Ask an electrician to check the cause of the short circuit and repair it 5. Ask an air conditioner to overhaul the refrigeration system 6. Ensure the power supply voltage (4) The unit does not respond after connecting to the host power supply, the refrigeration system does not work, and the display does not respond 1. Ask an electrician to overhaul the filter or main power switch of the machine 2. The wall switch is not connected or connected incorrectly. 3. The 220 voltage is connected to the 380v wall power socket. 4. Poor contact of wall plugs, sockets or air switches 5. The main fuse of the unit is broken or the fuse of the wall power supply is broken 6. The filter of the machine is damaged or the main power switch is damaged 7. Approach the air switch on the wall or close the knife, or ask the electrician to reconnect the power supply according to the instructions. 8. Repair or replace plugs and sockets
