SAXS advance analysis

Hello, Currently I am have done SAXS experiments of my protein samples using varied concentration. from ANTON PARR SAXS analyses software I can extract I vs q data and also did guinier fit. but the values which calculated from software is not matching with the text file of SAXS when incorporated in to ATSAXS software. Rg values are different from these two. second point is I can only do guinier and kratky plot form anton parr software. I applied my text data on ATSAXS for advanced analysis like pair-distribution study. it will give fit plot in the form of image. which i could not saved in to text file. also I ma not able to do multiple file together for pairt distribution plot. please guide me what wrong i am doing.
