Network connection problem

Hi everyone, I am experiencing the problem of connecting the instrument with the software by showing the error "Failed to connect the instrument: Please check the IP address, port number etc". I did check the DB management option, It is not connecting with the measurement server. Could you please provide me some solution. If someone can provide me the email address then i can forward you the current state file with some screen shot of the errors. I hope to receive positive response. Thank you in advance!
