Top LED Light not working

Above mentioned zeiss product we are used in our company more then 20 no's. But recently we are facing a same problem in three microscope. Top of the LED not not glowing. so we need a LED bulb input supply voltage and Amps rating. And also if you have spare materials for this product please sent a that details also. That information will helps to solve the issue. And also we need a soft copy of manual for this above ZEISS STEMI DV4.
