Error #2555

The communication between the instrument control PWB and the Turbo pump controllers has partially failed. I got this error message and I am wondering if the Power Board has been damaged. We have been experiencing regular power outages and I suspect the power board is fried. Would this be the case? Would any of you know and be able to point me in the right direction?
