Problem after flashupdate MW Synthos 3000

Hi, I have this my Synthos 3000 since 2010, and it has been used since then. Last month, it asked for the flash update, I contact the local Anton Paar service and replace the 2 batteries as they asked me to do, but when I tried to turn on the equipment the PC display is blank and is blinking. I try to check all the connections but the equipment don't respond.
