Shimadzu GC-2010 Battery Voltage Error

When turning on the GC-2010 Gas Chromatograph, the error "Battery Voltage Error" appears and the equipment does not communicate with the computer. Apparently, the battery (LITHIUM BATTERY CR-2032) that powers the computer's RAM memory must be replaced. Does anyone know how to do it? Is it a simple procedure? Thanks in advance.

Replacing the lithium battery in the Shimadzu GC-2010 Gas Chromatograph is a relatively straightforward procedure. Here are the steps you can follow: Turn off the power to the instrument and unplug the power cord. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the instrument. It is usually marked with a label that says "Battery Compartment". Open the battery compartment by pressing down on the latch and sliding the cover off. Carefully remove the old lithium battery from the compartment. Be sure to dispose of it properly. Insert the new CR-2032 lithium battery into the compartment. Make sure the positive (+fnf) side is facing up. Replace the battery compartment cover and slide it into place until you hear a click. Turn on the power to the instrument and check if the "Battery Voltage Error" message has disappeared.
