Door repair

Can you hear the door drive when you press the open arrow?   If so, the door drive wire may be broken or if the door was open/closed without the handles disengaged, the wire is no longer in the door pully system.   11106864  Is the part # for the Door Drive wire, 11106808 for the Door drive if the you do no hear the door drive.   Both of these items are in stock.

Hi Jennifer, thanks for the information.  I can hear the door drive motor operation with the button actuation. It still currently moves the inner doors, but will not move the outer doors. I have checked this with and without the outer doors engaged. I was told that the door seemed to be moving slowly. Someone may have tried to nudge it along while engaged.

Can you provide any repair instructions? Upon contacting mettler toledo for service I was told that this model was discontinued and service will not be provided. I am the lead technician on much other laboratory equipment and willing to give it a shot.

It is disconcerting with the amount we spent on the balance to find out repair is not supported after 6 years.
