beeping but no printing

Hello, we have a VIDEO GRAPHIC thermal PRINTER sony UP-895 that beeps when we want to make a print if we set the POWER switch to ON while pressing the pressing the PRINT, COPY, and FEED buttons. then we press print the print is done correctly we put a monitor on the video output and the image is well transmitted does anyone have an idea of the problem thank in advance for your help
