WinLab 32 calibration problem, no points are saved

Hello, I need help with calibration. I start a new method, specify the details, calibration point (0-25 ppm) for gold samples with 10 g/l copper solution. Then on the Manual window I start to aspirate the samples one by one and thus a calibration curve is displayed. When finished, I click on Save Method, which the program does. But after I close the program or change method and reopen, I click on select method and open the method I just saved with the calibration points. At that point, all calibration points and the curve disappear and seems like the program did not save any of my results. When I investigate Edit Calibration no points are displayed either. Need help urgently thanks in advance (Winlab 32 AA Flame software).
