Oven Fan Error

The oven fan for our PL GPC-220 (150 C, TCB) has been able to maintain a constant speed (it will fluctuate between on/off). This kicks the GPC into standby mode and it's unable to heat as a consequence. Does this part (or the motor) need replacement or is there a way to fix it without replacement?
