GE4852T PCR machine (QST Technologies) intermittent

Hello, We have a GE4852T PCR machine manufactured by QST Technologies. It has 2 blocks, 48 wells each. The user complains on the intermittent operation of some wells. Does anybody has a service manual or experience with these machines? Thanks, Anton.
