Genesys 10s UV_Scanned entire filter Wheel without finding two transitions.
We have problems with our genesys 10 uv. On ignition the following message is displayed :
« Scanned entire filter Wheel without finding two transitions. Press Esc to restart »
When we press Esc :
« Uncalibrated instrument, contact your service agent »
Please help !
