How to get temperature cooler
I do not have a user or service manual for this fridge and I cannot seem to get the temperature below 8 degrees Celsius. I would like it to run at 4 degrees. Perhaps I am not setting it properly or perhaps it needs service. I joined this site thinking I could get a manual. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Some manufacturers do not allow their manuals on sites other than their own. With that being said, look towards the bottom of this page, https://www.phchd.com/global/biomedical/preservation/pharmaceutical-refrigerators/sliding-door-refrigerators/mpr-s313 in the section Catalog Downloads to find the user manual.
