Error code 9:9328SEQ

Hi, Yesterday I changed the Vis Lamp in my Spectrophometer Cary 100. I performed alignment and a test measure and it was ok. I shutted it down. Today, when I turned on I received this message: Error code 9:9328 SEQ: E9328 fatal initialisation. What to do? Can anyone help me? Thanks
