Standard procedure for making measurements

We have used a Shimadzu SALD-3101 laser diffraction instrument to make particle size measurements on soybean oil in water emulsions. This work was done a few years ago. We do not have the instrument any more, and the student has left. We submitted the work for publication, and the reviewer is asking for the "relevant test parameter settings". We used the standard procedure for sample preparation and measurement. Can someone provide details of the procedure? Thanks.
