Error 192

After replacing the hangdown wire, I needed to calibrate the Q500's autosampler to align with the new wire. However, I am now receiving Error 192 "Autosampler platform did not reach destination. Cannot load or unload." The autosampler does not appear to move at all before giving this error. I am not able to identify any reason that it cannot move, even after restarting the tool. Any suggestions?
