User Error

I have a Bruker AXS - D8 ADVANCE diffractometer. I had a problem with a power outage due to a storm and the equipment computer shut down. When restarting the computer, the Diffrac.Mesureament software presented the Repair User screen. I cannot access the Lab Manager the software is frozen. I don't have the password to access the Repair User. I appreciate if anyone can help. Thanks.
