Error Code: 9: 9605 NMP: E9605 Slit Datum

My Cary 7000 UV/VIS NIR Spectrometer gave me an Error Code: 9: 9605 NMP: E9605 Slit Datum and asked me to Re-power instrument . I did that several times but that didn't help. Does anyone know what that code is and how to handle it? Thanks
