Condensation Issues

So I have a incubator with condensation on the inner glass door. Got the fan working again changed the wires to the door heater check to make sure that was working and replaced the gasket since there was a gap. And now there's still a gap. It's in both corners opposite the hinges I can slide a card between the door and the gasket. How do I readjust the door or how tightly it closes?

Hi, If your incubator door is not closing tightly, it could be due to several factors, including misalignment of the door, improper installation of the gasket, or warping of the door or frame. You can adjust the door latch: If the latch is not holding the door tightly closed, adjust the latch mechanism using a Phillips head screwdriver. Loosen the screws holding the latch mechanism in place, adjust it to the correct position, and then tighten the screws again.
