Sample holder failed to move horizontally upon taring of sample

Hi there, My name is Kirti Sharma. The instrument has trouble in taring sample pan. When I am pressing tare button over instrument, the furnace move upward without allowing the movement of sample holder for picking up the sample pan by hook. In normal cases, sample holder move first, pick up sample pan by hook then furnace start moving upward. While starting a software error is popup saying to verify InstLogBase.mdb file in the Qseries directory. Does anyone has idea on how to trouble shoot this issue. Any help in this regard would be highly appreciate. Thanks, Kirti
