Using 'Start Loading' to automatically pipette at 'Sample Transfer' command

Hi folks, I'm trying to use the Smart Command 'Sample Transfer', but for my source labware I'm not sure how to program it to look at the barcodes recorded during the 'Start Loading' command. I also have an output file after the 'Start Loading' step is finished that records the barcodes in a csv file. I then use the import variable command to associate sampleNumber with that csv file. The next step is then sample transfer but I don't know how to tell it to either look at the 'Smart Loading' result or the sampleNumber variable asssociation with the csv file.
