"SPD" warning during spin-up

Our Beckman Coulter Optima TLX ultracentrifuge has recently started to give sporadic "SPD" warnings during spin-up, which can usually be "solved" by simply reseating the rotor. The most recent error code was "rNSCNP" but I couldn't find a mention of that online. The other 15 error codes include: STA500, P FAIL, STA500, TACHo, STA500, TACHo, STA500, no rot, STA500, oUrHEA, STAY 10, STA500, EEP6CC, P FAIL, STA500. I might have missed it but is there a document that contains all the error codes for this ultra?
