Difficulties about LI-COR 4300 using

Good afternoon. We have purchased a LI-COR 4300 DNA analyzer. The problems are: 1. there are still difficulties in assembling the parts to start up the device. 2. also, there is no delivery sheet specifying the different steps to follow to assemble, part by part, the accessories of this device. 3. There is no video to understand how this technology works. This is why we are asking you to help us find solutions to our concerns. Thank you for your assistance!
