Shimadzu SLC 10advp controller configuration
My lab just purchased a used LC/MS system that utylizes this controller. I have had problems maintaining the configuration for the set-up. I run a few samples and then will get an error such as wrong address 5. Also does anyone know where I can get a users manual for the SLC 10advp controller, 10advp pumps, and Applied Biosystems api2000 qtrap?

I need some more information about your error code. Is the controller giving the error “wrong address 5” or the software? It may be the controller firmware, or the Optical connection into port 5 on the controller, or the configuration in the controller.
