Starting up

Hi, I have a problem with GC 436 Bruker startup problem. First, I disconnected the GC-MS and did turn off it for 3 days with plugs unplugged.. now I have been waiting for the connection between pc and gc for 4 hours, it is still showing starting up, please wait. I have turn the GC on/off for a few times but it gives me the same message as above. can someone help me please!!
