Starting up
Hi,
I have a problem with GC 436 Bruker startup problem.
First, I disconnected the GC-MS and did turn off it for 3 days with plugs unplugged.. now I have been waiting for the connection between pc and gc for 4 hours, it is still showing starting up, please wait.
I have turn the GC on/off for a few times but it gives me the same message as above.
can someone help me please!!

Were you able to resolve this problem? We have the exact same happening to our Scion 436-GC, where it is stuck at "Starting up, please wait...". We have changed the 3V bios battery, but after restarting no change. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
