Temperature Sensor not Detected

hi, i'm triyng use the multiwaves, but the display show this message: Please equip the rotor with the sensor or deactivate the sensor in the setup menu if the metohd was designed to be done without sensor. what's this error??

Hello Vitor, this message usually comes up if the require sensor is not detected (either because it is faulty, or because it is not inserted) by the system - e.g. if you want to start a temperature controlled method with Rotor 16, the software will require a pT-Sensor to be installed for the temperature control. If that sensor is not inserted into the rotor, or is not detected by the instrument, the reported error message will pop up. Can you provide me with more information about the used method, rotor/sensors used, screenshots ...?
