Burette drive not deteted

Dear concern, I have a question regarding Mettler toledo T5 Autotitrator. Instrumnets doesnot recognise the burette it give the error burrette drive 1 is missing . i replace the new burrette drive but issue not resolved. please suugest proper solution to rectify the issue. i think issue in main board or main board some IC issue. please identify the IC which i change to resolve the issue.
