Agilent 7820A screen blank, not ready and run illuminated

When I started up the 7820A, I can hear the computer fans in the back but the screen is blank while not ready and run lights are illuminated. I have one green and one orange light on the led indicators on the back. I cannot connect via the computer. I am guessing the logic board is bad as the service manual says the screen and connections all go through that board. Does anyone has any experience with this? Thank you
