Knockout cell lysates is made from double knockout cell lines that provide perfect negative control for western blot to verify antibody specificity or for functional assays. Each knockout cell lysate carries a wild type control that matches the cell line. To facilitate transport and protein, the products are provided in the form of lyophilized protein.
