Stuck rotor

Anyone know how to remove a stuck rotor from an RC 6 Plus Thermo floor centrifuge or know a company who will service centrifuges in the Illinois area? Thermo will no longer service this old model which works perfectly fine, except it has an SS-34 rotor stuck inside! Thanks
