Error 15

When i start the instrument < it shows Error 15 during self-check . How to resolve it. I checked the lamp which is correct, But grating doesn't rotate properly and should adjust. How can i adjust it? for this i need service manual of DR 5000 to adjust the optic and light path. thanks
