Device power-on problem
When the device is turned on, it goes through the entire verification process, but then the buttons do not respond or the screen freezes in one of the sections, e.g. configuration or wavelength change. I need to know what could be the solution, thank you very much.
Despite restarting, the problem persists.

My first thought is to open the unit up and remove and re connect all connections in case there is a poor connection somewhere, also check over the components like capacitors in case they have gone faulty, if so change these and then see how you get on.
