PerkinElmer - PinAAcle 500 - Flame not starting

We were experiencing something similar like this back in March, but that was when the igniter would not move at all. We got it looked at by a technician and it was fixed by the end of March. I believe we got the Gasbox replaced and possibly the igniter as well. This time the igniter will move towards the burner head, but do nothing for 10-15 seconds and then go back to starting position and then it will release a small short burst of flame. I emailed a Perkin Elmer Technician and he said there could be fluid in the gas line or the air from our compressor could also be putting water out. We will be purging the compressor next day and doing a visual check to see if there is anything in the gas line.
