HELP IN SALES SITUATION

A good friend of mine inherited certain pieces of a applied biosystem genetic analyzer,& obviously not to knowledgeable in the matters & sold them on ebay but is now being literally like she has committed a crime . They've got her money on hold and her account suspended! what should she do?
