frequent drop outs( system presents emission error E002) and will not restart filament automatically.

We have an Prisma + quadrupole rga that is monitoring a high vacuum furnace. the system presents (occasionally) I does not correspond with any large vacuum or pressure change. The software is not actually user friendly unless you are a programmer. I would like to have the system auto restart and continue unless the base pressure exceeds operating pressures ( the error occurs at all pressures from 10 -5 to 10 -7. Anybody have any suggestions.
