Flash Issue

Hi, I recently got a faulty Genesys 10 VIS (not the newer S version) that during start-up lites up the display but shows just random pixels. When holding the down key and enter key on startup I can enter service mode and set the instrument do factory default. The F1/F2 selection menu to choose between tungsten and xenon appears after that and then the instrument not calibrated message. No further action however os possible and after reboot the random pixels appear again. I suspect a corrupt Flash e.g. due to faulty flash load. Can anybody provide the Spectronic GENESYS 10 Service manual CD-ROM or just the flash loader? thank you in advance

PS: Setting to Xenon even if VIS makes the device at least boot. May anyone provide the G10 dioagnostic and/or GENFLASH software?
