"First" Analysis

Hi, i would like to know what is necessary to create a Method using Clarity EAS version 2.61. for Costech Elemental Combustion System, model 4010. In the software does not exist the Calculation tab In the software does not exist the Calculation tab in the "Method Setup" window. Is it common? I intend to analyze Carbon and Nitrogen on soils and vegetables tissues and this software is not easy to me. Is there any manual or user´s guide for this sort of analysis? Please, helpe-me! Thanks.
