Hi, as mentioned in another post I experience an issue with a GENESYS 10 VIS. May anyone provide the G10 diagnostic and/or GENFLASH software? Thank you very much

Hi hope your ok I have the service diagnostic software for the old version serial port communication, your equipment it’s usb o serial port?

I am looking as well for the Service Diagnostic software for an spectrophotometer model Genesys 10 UV (Not VIS). My unit uses serial port communication.
