Error 11 and 22

I am having these errors displayed which I think are probably related to the same issue. It does not start. I am having difficulty getting the covers off. Does anyone know what the secret is to removing this cover. The front cover doesn't seem to come off and the latch motor is caught under the rotor chamber. Is there a way to remove the front cover. As always thank you for your much appreciated help.
