LabWare 8 Building a Standard or Reagent

The LabWare 8 Manual is not helping me here and I can't find a tutorial. I keep getting hung up while creating a standard. Items that the Manual have in the steps are just missing in the software. Can someone please walk me through the process of creating a new standard in LabWare 8?
